Cranberry Milk Bread
It's been long time since i baked something, and even longer time for bread. So think i start from the basic ones. Turns out quite nice.
The cranberry was quite sweet and after baking sour, but goes nice with the fresh bread flavour. The dough was fermented just nice. It took a whole afternoon waiting for it to grow. Think my yeast was too old, lost some of their activities. That's way they work so slowly. And also reminded me that's why i seldom do bread: it takes time.

Lemon Yoghurt Cream Cake
Yesterday when opened my fridge realized that I had some lemons that stored for a few weeks and the skin was starting to wrinkle already. Thought of make some lemon tea but afraid too sour. And then I saw some yoghurt I made (yes, I make yoghurt myself too:) and that was a few days ago too and also became a bit too sour. And then I just got the idea to use them in a cake. So here it is.
It was really soft and the lemon flavor was just beautiful. However I didn't just eat it like this. Well as you can see the top was a bit dark and cracked, in a word not such a looker. So I decided to do a bit decoration. And afterwords, guess what, it didn't just look nicer but tasted better too.

Chocolate Crunch with Rum and Raisin
Sweet, rich and simply delicious! Very easy to make too. No baking required. Just combine Digestive biscuit crumbles with some melted butter, golden syrup, cocoa powder and press into a baking tin. I added raisins that I soaked in rum for like a couple of months which gave the whole thing a really strong liqueur taste. So if you like to drink you will definitely like this:) And to finish up just cover the top with melted dark chocolate. Store in fridge for about 2 hours it will be ready to serve.
