Apples were on sale yesterday so bought like a dozen of them. It's nice to eat them just the way they are. Well, would also be nice to make them into something different. So here it is, this Irish Caramel Apple Cake is great for afternoon tea. Very rich apple favor, goes perfect with earl grey and I like to add milk and sugar too:)
